Online Delivery allows you to view account records online, instead of receiving paper in the mail. You will receive an email alert each time one of your statements or documents enrolled in Online Delivery is available for viewing online. Records can only be accessed on this secure site, where they are protected by your password. We will never email your statements or documents and we do not include any personal information in the email alerts.
Why should I sign up?
There are a number of benefits to Online Delivery:

Faster Delivery. Records are usually delivered two or three days faster by Online Delivery than by mail.
Less Paper. Most of the account records you get in the mail are now available online. You can choose to get those records via Online Delivery instead of your mailbox.
Convenience. It is now easier to sign up. Setting your standardized delivery instructions for Online Delivery enrolls all of your existing accounts and any account you may open in the future.
More Flexibility. You can customize how you receive records for each account.

You can sign up for Online Delivery of any or all of the seven document types that Merrill Lynch offers online including:

- Notices and Disclosures
- Shareholder Communications
- Tax Reporting
- Trade Confirmations
Can I sign up for Online Delivery of some items and not others?
Yes, if you want, you can sign up for Online Delivery of any, some or all of the seven document types listed above that Merrill Lynch offers.
What are my statement delivery options?
With the flexibility of Online Delivery, you can customize your statement to get your information, your way. You have three different options for delivery across all of your account statements:
By selecting Online Delivery, you will receive an email alert when your statements are available online, instead of receiving paper statements in the mail.
Mail Summary/Online Delivery of Detailed Statements
You can also chose to have just your statement summary mailed and have detailed account statements delivered online.
Mail Full Statement
By choosing mail you will receive your statement in the mail.
How to view your records
How do I know when new statements or documents are posted?
We email you when new records are available for viewing online. Online delivery is two or three days faster than paper mail.
You can also see the latest documents posted online on your home page.
Where are records posted online?
Your account statements and documents are available on MyMerrill under the Statements and Documents section. You can view records online and save them to your computer.
